Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between SASU Mimalodrina, whose registered office is located at MAUSOLEO 20222 BRANDO under Siret No. 85096661500013, and its customers. Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read them and expressly declares to accept them as soon as they click on the "I accept the general terms and conditions of sale" button.
1. Acceptance:
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific sales conditions displayed on the screen (designation, price, composition, capacity, quantity, product specifications, and limitations of certain product categories) and expressly accepts them without reservation. 4. Selling Price:

6. Product Delivery:
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer on their order form. Delivery times may vary in case of delivery difficulties, out-of-stock situations, or holiday periods, which will be communicated to the customer by email. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. For international deliveries, depending on the products and regions, delivery times may vary from several weeks. The goods always travel at the recipient's risk. The customer is responsible for carefully checking their packages upon delivery. They have a period of 48 hours to make specific reservations if a product is missing or has been damaged, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Mimalodrina. The delivery time varies from 48 to 72 hours.
7. Unavailability:
Mimalodrina will make every effort to meet customer requests and fulfill their product orders. However, Mimalodrina is not obliged to accept all orders and cannot be held responsible towards the customer in case of delivery delays or temporary or permanent unavailability of products and services.
8. Returns:
We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction for all our products and services. In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
